Cancelation policy

Anyone canceling their appointment without a 24hour notice will be charged 50% of the price of the service. No social media message is allowed to cancel or reschedule any PMU appointment, and it should be done through the official business phone contact. Clients must complete the consent form 48 hours before their scheduled appointment.

The 50% charged will NOT go towards a future appointment booking. 


If you have purchased sessions for a treatment and can no longer continue treatments due to any health concerns you must have a doctors letter to state you are unable to resume. Refunds will not be issued to clients without proper medical letters. 

Sessions purchased will not expire and you may wish to book when you are able to resume treatments.

Clients must agree to a "no guarantee" clause.Clients should understand that their age, skin type, lifestyle, certain medications or skin treatments may affect the long term results, resulting with early fadinghey understand not everyone can expect the same result, as someone else, as PMU effects depends on many personal factors. Your PMU procedure may need a retouch after a certain time, depending on the type of the treatment.

Aftercare is 50% of the PMU process and clients must abide by all aftercare rules to ensure their treatment heals properly. Failure to follow these rules can also result in premature fading, blotchy spots, infection and scarring. If you have any questions regarding your aftercare make sure to speak with your technician.
